When filing an insurance claim, we assess the visual damage & note any potential areas of concern that may have been weakened during the accident.  An insurance adjuster will come to the body shop, or we will submit pictures to the adjuster before we start any repairs.

• Filing a comprehensive claim is designed to cover your property when losses occur that do not result from a collision. These losses can include vandalism, theft, and storm damage.

• Filing a collision claim is designed to repair your vehicle when it is damaged during a collision with another object or vehicle. The insured is asked to pay their deductible when the claim is filed. The deductible may vary from policy to policy.

This will help us locate, order, and receive any parts necessary to repair your vehicle promptly.
